I’m Carter Disrud, the owner of Takoma Wash Co. I’ve been doing casual landscaping around the DC and Takoma Park area since I was 15 years old, and over time that hands-on experience led me to branch out into pressure washing. Working around homes and outdoor spaces for years has taught me the value of detail, consistency, and treating every property with care.

I’ve also run a clothing business, which gave me valuable experience in customer service, communication, and building trust with people. That background helped shape the way I approach this business today: with professionalism, clear communication, and a strong focus on giving customers a good experience from start to finish.

As someone who has lived in Takoma Park, it means a lot to serve homeowners in a community I know and care about. I’m currently a student at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, majoring in Business and Economics, and I’m passionate about learning, growing, and building something meaningful through hard work.
