Water Access Required
To complete our cleaning services, we do require access to the customer’s water supply through a working outdoor hose spigot. We factor water usage into our pricing so expectations are clear upfront. For context, a typical pressure washing job can use roughly 120 to 240 gallons of water, depending on the size and scope of the work. In the Takoma Park area, that often translates to only a few dollars in water and sewer cost on an average job, though the exact amount can vary by property and utility billing rate. If you have any questions about water access at your property, we’re happy to discuss it before scheduling.
Professional Equipment, Job-Appropriate Methods
We use professional equipment suited for a range of exterior cleaning jobs and take care to match the right method to each surface. Our goal is to provide an effective clean while using an approach that fits the needs of the job and helps protect your property.
Please Note
Because some of our equipment is gas powered, there may be a moderate level of noise during service. We always aim to work efficiently, be respectful of your property, and minimize disruption as much as possible.
Safe Chemical Use
When needed, we use sodium hypochlorite-based cleaning solutions carefully and responsibly to help loosen algae, mildew, and organic buildup from exterior surfaces. These solutions are applied with the proper methods and dilution for the surface being cleaned, with a focus on safe and effective results.
We also take steps to protect surrounding landscaping during the cleaning process. This includes using plant-protection techniques such as pre-rinsing, controlled application, and thorough post-rinsing to help reduce the risk of damage to grass, flowers, shrubs, and other nearby plants.
Service Area
We proudly operate within and around the Takoma Park area. We are willing to travel to surrounding locations within about an hour, though jobs requiring more than a 30-minute drive may include an additional $50 travel fee. If you have questions about your location, feel free to contact us.
